Job summary

A community-based charity organization is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Officer in Dartford, UK. We're looking for a passionate and proactive Intensive Housing Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll support young people to sustain their tenancies and achieve independence. Carry out needs and risk assessments, develop sustainment plans, and monitor progress. Ensure compliance with occupancy agreements and manage rent accounts.
