Are you ready for a role that truly changes lives? This is not traditional support work, it's about creativity, persistence, and thinking outside the box. As a Housing First Co‑ordinator, you will lead the delivery of our Housing First programme, ensuring individuals with complex needs are supported to maintain tenancies and improve their quality of life.
You will work with people who have faced trauma and where traditional support methods have failed. In Housing First, “non‑engagement” doesn't exist, we ask, what haven't you tried yet? What else could you do? Success isn't about big wins; it's about small steps that add up to life‑changing progress. You will have a small caseload (up to 7 clients) because the support is intense and every day is different.
Hightown is a charitable housing association operating principally in Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. We believe everyone should have a home and the support they need, so our aim is to build new homes and to provide excellent housing and support.
