Title: Housing Disrepair Solicitor

Location: Preston

A dynamic and established Legal 500 firm are seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor. The team advises Registered Providers and Local Authority clients across the country.

As a Solicitor in this team, you will be handling a litigated caseload of housing disrepair claims and counterclaims. Duties will include attending Court hearings to represent clients, negotiating optimal outcomes, collaborating with Partners and Senior Associates on complex claims and more.

About You:

You will be a Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience working within a housing disrepair team. Ideally you will have previously represented defendants in such claims.
