A leading housing service provider in Greater London is seeking a Housing and Partnership Manager. In this role, you will lead housing services, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards and that residents live with dignity. Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Within the role of Housing and Partnership Manager you will provide high quality housing services and lead on all aspects of managing the scheme, enabling residents to live well with dignity and autonomy.
You will lead and manage all aspects of property management and housing services within the Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, well‑maintained properties that support residents' independence and comply with the housing consumer standards.
The role also involves building effective relationships with third‑party care providers to ensure care services align with resident needs and organisational standards.
