A leading leisure resort operator is seeking a Housekeeping Logistics Assistant to help maintain the comfort of guest accommodations at their site in Rufford CP, England. This role involves delivering and collecting furniture and linens, demanding strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. The job requires a full driving licence and involves physical work in outdoor conditions. Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays, are part of the position. At Center Parcs all our accommodation has been designed and built to the highest standards, so we need a team to uphold these standards and exceed guest expectation. Our Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining more than 700 units of accommodation; from apartments and penthouses to Lodges and Treehouses, and for looking after our public areas and office spaces, so no two days are the same. That’s why it’s the largest team on each Village.

You will assist the Accommodation and Housekeeping Services team in the delivery, collection and maintenance of furniture, inventory and linen items to guest accommodation and other areas across the village in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for supporting linen, logistics and central inventory stores in receiving deliveries, managing stock and storage.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You will also have excellent customer service skills and be willing to work outside in all weathers.
Please note that this role involves heavy physical work activity.

You will be contracted to work 38 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts are every Friday and Monday at 9:45am until 2:30pm.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
