A leading cleaning recruitment agency in London is seeking experienced cleaners for 5-star Airbnb apartments. The role requires flexibility and involves cleaning 2-3 apartments daily, using provided equipment, and managing transportation between locations. Applicants must have housekeeping experience and advanced English skills. This self-employed position offers £14.49–£14.50 per hour, with the possibility of overtime.
We are looking for experienced male and female cleaners to work at 5★‑hotel‑style Airbnb apartments (≈100 units) across 15 locations in central London (zones 1‑3). The role is self‑employed and paid every two weeks. Transport between apartments is included in working hours, and the travel time between sites is considered part of your shift.
• Clean 2–3 apartments per day, handling rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. • Use hotel‑provided cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, tools) and linens. • Pick up and restock toiletry supplies (coffee, sugar, hygiene products) from the wardrobe. • Record all cleaning activities in the mobile app – upload photos of rooms, bathrooms, living rooms, cabinets, closets, and the key with its serial number. • When leaving each apartment, lock the door, take a video of the lock‑up, and upload it to the app. • Manage three WhatsApp groups and the supervisory team for daily reporting and updates. • Travel between the warehouse in Covent Garden (WC2H 9BF) and the apartments by foot, bus, or tube; distances range from 5 to 30 minutes.
• The role involves significant phone use and data entry via the cleaning app. • You will be responsible for handling keys, taking photographs and videos, and ensuring the apartment is ready for booking. • The position is informal and requires flexibility to adapt to varying daily routes and schedules.
