Domestic Couple (Housekeeper & Groundsman) Surrey

Very negotiable dependent on experience

A warm and welcoming family based in Surrey is seeking an experienced domestic couple who love children and animals to work alongside existing staff. This is a long-term live-in position for a discreet hardworking and upbeat couple who enjoy working as part of a team.

General Schedule

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Very occasional weekends may be required with time off in lieu

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: High-standard housekeeping throughout the main residence; laundry and ironing; occasional family cooking (a bonus but not essential); occasional babysitting.
• Grounds & Estate Duties: General grounds maintenance, mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, etc.; working with part time Gardener to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the estate; security oversight when the family is away; animal care – daily care of dogs, cats, chickens and sheep.

Accommodation

2 bed cottage provided as staff accommodation (bills covered).

Pets welcome but regret not suitable for dependents.
