About The Role

Housekeeper - Bank Team

Location: Buxton House Residential Home- Weymouth- DT4 0QJ

Pay rate : £12.30 per hour

Hours: 20 hrs per week ( alternate weekend working )

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join the bank team atBuxton Houseour purpose-built, friendly, social, residential and dementia care home, located near the historic Jurassic Coast inWeymouth, Dorset.

Previous experience within a care home setting is not essential – but we want you to come in and enjoy housekeeping!

A real desire to create a fresh and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors to enjoy.

Flexible in the hours that you work and happy to join in as part of a larger housekeeping team.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring our home is kept clean, safe and comfortable throughout for our residents
• Supporting with the cleaning of communal areas and residents own rooms
• Provide some support to the laundry team to include washing, drying and ironing of residents clothing
