Ideally located, Tura is just a 10-minute walk from Leeds Central Station and a stone's throw away from Tower Works at Mustard Wharf. Residents will enjoy exclusive on‑site amenities, including a gym, residents’ lounge, and outdoor communal spaces.

At urbanbubble, we believe cities should be vibrant, fun, and full of life. We’re all about creating welcoming communities where people feel truly at home. If you’re someone who loves making connections, providing top‑tier service, and bringing positive energy to everything you do, we’d love for you to join us as a Housekeeper!

As a Housekeeper, you’ll be right at the heart of our community, ensuring our buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll play a vital role in creating a space our residents are proud to call home.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Keeping Things Spotless: You’ll clean communal areas such as foyers, stairs, lifts, and corridors, ensuring floors are mopped, swept, or vacuumed and left stain‑free. From handrails and balustrades to window sills and skirting boards, every surface will be dusted, wiped, and polished.
  • Attention to Detail: You’ll remove cobwebs, clean light switches, door furniture, and fire extinguishers. Mirrors, glass doors, and lift interiors will be polished to perfection, and doorway mats and ashtrays will be tidy and clean.
  • Health & Safety: You’ll prioritize safety, reporting any concerns immediately and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You’ll also complete and sign daily cleaning checklists to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Supporting the Team: You’ll assist residents with requests in a friendly, helpful manner, support the site team when needed, and handle any additional duties assigned by your line manager.
What we’re looking for:
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in property management or lettings.
  • Health & Safety, COSHH, manual handling, and working at heights.
And here’s what we offer
  • Birthday day off, monthly paid wellbeing hour & enhanced annual leave to make sure you get the rest you need.
  • Company pension scheme & medical cover for your long‑term health & to help plan for the future.
  • Refer a friend scheme to earn that bit of extra money by bringing incredible talent on board.
  • Paid volunteering day & social events to give back to causes that truly matter & connect with your colleagues.
  • Enhanced sick pay & family leave to take care of yourself & your loved ones.
  • Life events for those big milestones like your child's first day at school or when you get the keys to your new home – we believe that you deserve to celebrate special moments with your loved ones. Family always comes first at ub!
  • Cycle to work scheme to help you get to work in a healthier, greener way.
  • Study support to help you grow & reach your goals.
  • Long service awards to celebrate every milestone with us.
  • Employee assistance & counselling for those times when you need a little bit of extra support.

& the best part? You'll be working with some truly incredible people who are passionate about what they do & are always ready to support you!

If you’re excited about making a real impact and being part of something special, we can’t wait to hear from you!
