A luxury hotel group is looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join their team in Egham. You will play an essential role in ensuring guests have a top-notch experience from check-in to checkout. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing check-ins, handling inquiries, and balancing shift procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly disposition. This full-time role requires weekend availability and offers competitive pay, along with generous benefits.
Great Fosters Hotel, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9UR
35 hours per week, 5 days per week including weekend shifts. Pay: £22,222.20 per annum + monthly service charge payment. Start date: 1st February 2026.

A smart, friendly, well‑organised, guest‑service‑focused individual is sought to complete our professional Hotel Reception team. You must have a five‑star smile and a warm and welcoming personality. You are key to our guest‑service experience throughout their stay. From the time a guest enters the hotel and spa to the time they pay their bill and leave you will be an important part of the guest experience. Your actions will determine the guest satisfaction levels and the extent to which they get the most out of their stay. You will also be key in providing internal departments with information so that they too can perform to achieve excellence.
