This full-time role is key to enhancing the guest experience through effective management of bookings and support for the host team. Pay: Hourly rate £12.60 + £4.80–£5.50 per hour in Tronc (on average)
In addition to your standard hourly wage, you’ll receive a share of Tronc, which is 100% distributed to the team.

You’ll have experience working in restaurant reservations or guest‑facing hospitality roles, ideally with knowledge of SevenRooms or a similar system. You’re sharp, organised, and computer‑savvy, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know how to keep cool under pressure and problem‑solve on the fly, all while keeping guests happy and your team supported.
This is a full‑time, people‑focused role where you’ll be part of a tight‑knit team who loves what they do and takes real pride in their work. You’ll support the Host Manager in training new team members, help guide smooth services, and play a big part in shaping the front‑of‑house atmosphere.
