A leading arts organization in the UK seeks a Hospitality Supervisor to ensure smooth operations across its commercial areas including bars, restaurants and events. This role demands direct supervision of the hospitality team and a keen eye for maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate has experience in busy hospitality settings, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with EPOS systems. 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday to Sunday, mornings, daytime and evenings

We present, produce and co‑create a vibrant programme of live performance and creative engagement activities to entertain, enrich and inspire audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and we work with national and international partners to ensure we bring the very best theatre to our region.
We are an independent not‑for‑profit charity with no regular public funding, and rely on a share of ticket sales, one‑off grants, fundraising/membership schemes and other commercial activities to deliver the work we do both on stage and in communities.
The Hospitality Supervisor will ensure the smooth running of operations in all our Commercial areas. Assisting the Commercial Operations Manager and directing the Hospitality team each day in our Bars, Restaurant, Café and Events, the role will deliver a first‑class experience in all our Commercial activities in our buildings and events.
You will have recent relevant experience in a busy hospitality or leisure environment, ideally with experience of working and supervising in a restaurant and bar environment. A knowledge of EPOS till systems and cash handling, together with a people and customer focus will be key. The successful candidate will have experience of providing outstanding customer service and an eye for detail.
