From luxury lounges to exclusive dining suites, you’ll be responsible for delivering unforgettable experiences for fans, VIPs, and sponsors. This is a casual role, focused on high-energy, high-impact days when the stadium comes alive.

  • Overseeing all Aston Villa hospitality spaces – restaurants, lounges, boxes, and VIP suites – ensuring seamless service from set-up to breakdown.
  • Leading, motivating, and inspiring a team of managers and frontline colleagues with energising pre-shift briefings and clear expectations.
  • Driving consistently excellent guest experiences, from food and beverage quality to service standards, including understanding food and wine pairings.
  • Collaborating with senior management to plan operations, manage stock, and hit service and revenue targets.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven management experience from premium or high-volume hospitality settings (restaurants, hotels, venues, stadiums etc).
  • A natural leader who can run a team with confidence and deliver clear, engaging briefings.
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service excellence.
  • A sharp eye for what good looks like – from guest experience and service flow to food quality and presentation.
  • Calm under pressure, flexible, and able to adapt to the fast pace of matchdays and events.
  • Passionate about delivering first‑class hospitality and creating memorable moments.
What’s in it for you?
