About the Role:

Reporting into the Director of Sales, we are hiring for a Hospitality Field Sales Executive to support the growth of Gett’s guest booking segment. This is a newly formed role to focus on driving signings for Cash / Guest rides growth and so the successful candidate will drive this segment which is open for disruption! Having full rein on an almost untouched, forgotten market, you will contribute massively to the business's growth.

The role will be field sales based selling within the London market, with roughly 90% in the field. Your role would be to target hotels, restaurants, care / private medical facilities, luxury apartment blocks and any other potential clients who would have this requirement. You will continuously look for new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline of prospects and opportunities, demo/meet with prospects and close business to achieve targets.

This segment is exceptionally fast paced and the ideal candidate will enjoy spending the majority of their time in the field and have a hunger to grow with the role / enjoy an environment where they can have a huge impact on the future of the business! You will be a key part of the sales team and will be wholly responsible for achieving your personal targets.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute Gett’s Cash Rides / guest booking strategy - grow revenue via signing new clients, onboarding them and driving adoption within these accounts
  • Account Management/Support post signature - this includes onboarding, adopting, managing your clients, popping back in to see how they are doing etc
  • Field based sales to the hospitality industry - focused on London based hotels, restaurants, private members clubs, healthcare, luxury apartments etc
  • Offering support to clients and developing relationships through face to face meetings
  • Researching and developing for clients within Gett's target industries
  • Creating, managing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of interested prospects
  • Exceed monthly targets for rides - Hit desired targets and SQL’s/KPI's
  • Collaborate with other internal stakeholders to share best practices and make recommendations to ensure customer loyalty
  • Objections handling and problem solving with clients

Knowledge and Experience:

  • At least 1 years experience as a Sales Executive or in Business Development - with a focus on field sales (walk ins)
  • Experience of having worked with the hospitality industry (selling to hotels / restaurants)
  • Experience throughout the whole sales process from lead generation to “closed won” and ongoing account management.
  • Experience with sales platforms and tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator
  • Proven ability to create and present outstanding presentations/pitches/demos
  • Experience of pipeline management
  • Able to multitask and prioritise multiple work-streams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent time and task management - understanding the critical natures of requests
  • Motivated to build and nurture relationships

Interview Process:

  1. Talent Screen - (30mins video call) Our Talent and People Partner (Joe Phillips) will be asking around your sales experience, motivation for the role and what you understand about Gett
  2. Hiring Manager - (1 hour video call) Here you will meet Paul Grant (Sales Director) and your manager! and also Josh Burford (Your Peer), They will deep dive into your sales experience (general sales experience, targets, relationship building in relation to the role and will want to get to know you as a person) You will also have time to ask Paul questions, so have them prepared!
  3. Peer Review (1hour on site)- This is a competency/skills based interview. Paul Grant and Rosie McKinnon (VP B2B) will be taking part in this interview. They will be asking questions that assess needed skill and competencies for the role such as: Drive, achieving targets, affability and ability to build relationships - this is also your chance to ask them questions
