Responsibilities
  • Deliver a five-star welcome to visitors, clients, and staff, managing reception, switchboard calls, and enquiries.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings, AV support, and regular checks to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare, serve, and clear refreshments and catering in line with quality and hygiene requirements.
  • Support onsite events with set-up, service, guest liaison, and clear-down.
  • Manage catering deliveries, stock, and supplies, assisting with orders, recharges, and coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tenants, and partners while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure reception, meeting rooms, and hospitality areas are kept clean and organised.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality procedures, reporting issues promptly and maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service (essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and site-specific systems.
  • Positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (desirable).
