Overview

The role of Hospitality Assistant at Oak Manor, a 60-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Scarning, Dereham, offers an opportunity for a passionate and fast-learning individual. The position involves providing excellent hospitality services to the residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities

• Assisting with hospitality-related tasks, including meal service, dining room setup and maintenance, and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for the residents.
• Work closely with the care team to understand and meet the individual needs of the residents.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, with alternating weekend shifts over a two-week period.
