Qualifications

• Minimum of City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a shift technician role within a complex environment.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust.
• Supervise maintenance assistants and contractors as needed.
• Respond to urgent situations like lift entrapment and fire alarms.

Skills

City & Guilds in Electrical and/or Mechanical Services Level 3

Previous experience in multi-skilled maintenance
