• Proven experience delivering Lifecycle and Variation projects within PFI contracts, ideally in healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of HTMs, HBNs, CDM 2015, RIBA stages, and Building Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate Lifecycle Asset Surveys and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards.
