Qualifications

• Qualified in relevant discipline (City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing/Electrician).
• Good understanding of BMS Systems essential.
• Previous experience in a Hospital or similar organization highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, servicing, and testing various equipment.
• Ensure a safe working environment at all times.
• Be the main point of contact for engineering and maintenance queries.

Skills

Qualified in relevant discipline (City & Guilds or NVQ)

Good understanding of BMS Systems

Excellent customer care and communication skills

Health and Safety, COSHH knowledge

General knowledge of Fire regulations
