• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Head Chef in a similar large-scale organization.
• Financial Awareness and Business Acumen.
• Working Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point H.A.C.C.P. Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Organisation and running of all aspects of the Kitchen.
• To play a key role in the development of patient staff and hospitality menus.
• Ensure all regulations are complied with throughout the department.
