Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or related fields.
• Understanding of Hospice philosophy and principles of death/dying.
• Ability to work constructively with health care team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee primary caseload of Hospice patients providing skilled nursing care.
• Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
