A prominent UK motor retailer is seeking a Service Advisor for their Solihull dealership. This role requires delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include booking vehicles, updating customers, and liaising with various departments to ensure timely service. Following continued growth since opening our Omoda|Jaecoo dealership on site in 2024, we are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join the team.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (operating on a rota of 8am to 5pm & 9am to 6pm) as well as working Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm on 1/3 rota basis.
Salaries include basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £36,000.

You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services.
