About The Role

As a Homeless Support Worker, known within ClwydAlyn as a Project Worker, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive environment where residents can rebuild their lives and move towards independent living. You’ll support people in their home and community, helping them develop life skills, confidence, and stability.

This is a challenging but rewarding role where you can make a real difference in a short space of time.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting residents with daily living and independence skills
  • Encouraging wellbeing, social inclusion, and community engagement
  • Supporting people with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse
  • Completing accurate record keeping using IT systems
  • Working flexibly as part of a supportive team
