Qualifications

• Level 5 Management Qualification or willingness to enroll within 6 months.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in fostering or childcare.
• Proven track record in working with children promoting their positive development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the staff team including Deputy Area Managers and Social Workers.
• Monitor service compliance and safeguard children and young people.
• Deliver the Service Operational Plan and manage budget.
