Job summary

A community healthcare service is seeking a compassionate Community Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes in Northampton. Qualifications

• GCSEs (AC) or equivalent including English and Maths or relevant experience.
• NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare or equivalent (essential).
• Previous healthcare experience (essential).
• Confident using computers and electronic record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Support with food, nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and safety using risk assessment tools.
• Offer emotional and psychological support to patients.
