About the Home

• Home Manager | Silver Lodge, Moortown, Leeds (LS17 6AW)
• 40-bed Nursing Dementia Home | Specialist Dementia
• Currently home to 29 residents, the service is now moving into a specialist dementia model.

Up to 60,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus + Private Medical + Pension.

Silver Lodge is a 40‑bed nursing dementia home located on the same site as Alderbrook Care Home in Moortown, Leeds (separate service).

About the role

As Home Manager, you will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the home. Your focus will be on driving quality improvement to achieve a Good rating at the first CQC inspection while growing occupancy to sustainable levels. You will lead staffing and rota management in line with dependency and HPRPW, build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the local community, and work closely with the Regional Director, CRM, and Quality Team to deliver a clear plan for service growth and compliance.

About you

• At least three years of Home Manager experience, ideally within nursing dementia or complex care.
• Strong track record of growing occupancy, managing budgets, and delivering key performance indicators.
• Compliance and quality are essential, with no record of RI or Inadequate ratings.
• A hands‑on, visible leadership style that inspires teams, drives improvement, and fosters a culture of excellence.
• RMN qualification preferred, though RGN or exceptional non‑nurse candidates will be considered. Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification required.
