Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A track record of driving continuous improvement
  • Commercial awareness and operational oversight experience
  • Compassion, resilience, and alignment with company values
  • NVQ Level 4 / LMC Level 4 Award, or willingness to undertake
