Overview

Home Manager - Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs — Kings Norton, South Birmingham (B38)

Salary: £33,000 per year + up to £2,000 annual bonus
Hours: 42 hours per week, 5 days a week (shift times negotiable)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead one of our residential homes supporting 5-10 adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions. You will be part of a wider service consisting of 7 homes within one property, overseen by a Registered Manager. Each home has its own manager, working collaboratively to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
  • Lead, support and motivate your team to deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and fellow Home Managers to ensure consistency and best practice across the service.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and organisational policies.
  • Build positive relationships with service users, families, and external professionals.
Qualifications
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Experience in managing a residential service for people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the people we support.
What We Offer
