• Experience in pricing within General Insurance, preferably Home.
• Excellent understanding of UK GI regulation and FCA pricing practices.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of pricing strategies for Home products.
• Use advanced modelling and market insight to improve pricing accuracy.
• Manage the regular price change process ensuring compliance with FCA.
