John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to bring our renowned service to customers' homes. You will join a 2-person delivery crew, install products, coach teammates, and represent the John Lewis brand through outstanding customer care.

Role involves heavy lifting and driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle. Full-time, 41 hours per week, with flexible hours including weekends. Training and accreditation provided to enhance installation skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Manual C1 driving licence (max 6 points).
• DCPC or Driver Qualification Card and Tachograph Card.
• Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone manners.
• Good understanding of technology and home installation processes.

Responsabilités

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with top customer service.
• Coach and assess delivery colleagues' performance.
• Assist loading deliveries with warehouse team.
• Respect customers' homes and handle issues professionally.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate operation.
• Stay up to date with new products and tech.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Heavy lifting of large items (sofas, appliances, etc.).
