John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Technician Specialist to bring our distinctive service to customers’ doors, installing furniture, appliances and TVs as part of a two-person delivery crew in a 7.5-tonne vehicle.

You’ll coach and develop other delivery drivers on home installations and customer service, acting as a role model for the John Lewis standard of service.

Schedule: 41 hours/week over 4 days on a 5-week rota (Mon-Sat 06:00-17:00). Starting rate £35,730. Heavy lifting involved; 18+ only.

Formación

• Previous installation experience and accreditation will be provided
• Mandatory Manual C1 UK licence with up to 6 points
• DCPC or Driver Qualification Card required by day one, Tachograph Card obtained

Responsabilidades

• Be an ambassador for John Lewis with top-quality customer service
• Coach and develop delivery driver colleagues and share knowledge
• Help load deliveries with warehouse team
• Respect customer homes and handle unexpected issues professionally
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate usage to customers
• Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies
• Maintain a safe working environment
