John Lewis Partnership is seeking Installation Specialists to join our 7.5-tonne delivery crew. You will install furniture and appliances at customers’ homes, showcasing the products and ensuring a safe, friendly service on every visit.

You will start from a delivery hub, work on a route with a two-person crew, and handle heavy lifting while maintaining brand standards and customer-focused communication. Some shifts may include early or late hours, with full-time hours across 41 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Manual C1 UK driving licence is required.
• DCPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) or Driver Qualification Card by first day.
• Tachograph Card required.
• Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Aufgaben

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Load deliveries with the warehouse team.
• Respect and protect the customer’s home; manage issues to best satisfy customers.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate operation after installation.
• Keep up to date with products/tech to perform at your best.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
