Job summary

John Lewis & Partners is seeking an Installation Specialist based in our Delivery Hubs to join a 2-person crew delivering and installing products at customers’ homes, including furniture and appliances.

You will drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle, provide excellent customer service, and learn through our installer accreditation program. Heavy lifting is involved; a Manual C1 licence and DCPC are required.

Qualifications

• Previous installation experience is required.
• Installer accreditation will be provided to top up knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Load deliveries with warehouse team.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate operation to customers.
• Ensure safety and handle unexpected situations on site.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and technologies.
