Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking an Installation Specialist to join our Nottingham hub delivery crew. You will drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle, unload deliveries with the warehouse team, and install products at customers’ homes while explaining operation and care.

Previous installation experience is required; a John Lewis installer accreditation will be supported. Flexible work patterns apply across varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

Must have Manual C1 UK driving licence (max 6 points).
DCPC or Driver Qualification Card by start date.
Tachograph Card required.
Experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle.
Experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
Excellent verbal communication, in person and over the phone.
Good understanding of technology.

Install products efficiently and demonstrate how they work after installation.
