Job summary

JOHN LEWIS is seeking a Technician Specialist to install products at customers' homes as part of a 2-person delivery crew driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle. You will start from the delivery hub, load deliveries, and ensure a high standard of service while demonstrating product use and safety.

You will have installation experience, a C1 driving licence, and DCPC/Tachograph Card, with strong communication and tech understanding to troubleshoot on site.

Qualifications

• Essential installation experience is required.
• Manual C1 UK driving licence (max 6 points) is required.
• DCPC and Tachograph Card required by day one.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand with excellent customer service.
• Coach and assess delivery driver colleagues.
• Help load the lorry with deliveries with warehouse team.
• Deliver and install products and demonstrate how they work.
• Maintain safe working environment and adapt to customer needs.
