Pay Rate: £44,583.45
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 3 shift rotation: 5 On 2 Off, 4 On 2 Off and 4 On 2 Off - 6am start 10 hour Days
Location: Hatfield (AL10 9BD)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 2 home delivery driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

Responsibilities

• Delivering bulky items to customers homes such as wardrobes, beds, mattresses, sofas, etc.
• This will require manual handling
• Around 15 – 35 drops per day depending on the route
• This is a 2-man role, so you will be with a Driver Mate or another Driver
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Will accept newly qualified drivers
