Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with mobility, medication reminders, and mealtime support.
  • Carry out domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
  • Monitor client health and report changes in condition to supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate care records in compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
  • Follow all safeguarding protocols and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely committed to helping others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety, hygiene, and care standards.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to follow care plans and work independently or in a team.
  • A valid UK or international drivers licence is desirable but not essential.

Experience

Working Hours
