HLTA

Tradewind Teaching Agency is a leading education recruitment agency dedicated to supporting our educators every step of the way!

We are currently seeking an experienced HLTA to join our dedicated and friendly team at one of our schools in Wigan. The successful candidate will be required to cover classes throughout the school, in the absence of the class teacher. The role requires enthusiasm, hard work and a passion for supporting high quality learning to maximise a children's potential.

Responsibilities

You will be working within both key stage 1 & key stage 2. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday starting ASAP for the rest of the year until December 2025 working 8.30-3.30 5 days a week.

The Primary School is a 2-form entry school with dedicated staff and supportive SLT.

Qualifications

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have a real passion of supporting children
• Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
