Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an Hire administrator to join our team. You will provide office administration support for the hire desk, including purchase orders, invoicing queries, and depot administration, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will coordinate between two depots, manage the customer journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback, and contribute to service improvements in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a role with strong admin and customer service
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and initiative
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail with accuracy
• Good IT skills and experience with MS Office including Excel and Outlook
• Experience in hire or construction industry is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Admin and customer service support for two depots
• Raise purchase orders and handle invoice queries
• Support hire desk and manage order from enquiry to post-hire feedback
• Maintain key business systems and processes and respond to website requests
