Qualifications

• CSCS / SMSTS required for supervisory role.
• Driving licences for Class 2 HGV, 7.5T, and 3.5T are necessary.
• Must have streetworks qualifications and valid first aid training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and communicate effectively with clients.
• Manage backfilling and muck away operations.
• Oversee reinstatement of tarmac, concrete, and block paving.
• Complete necessary paperwork and risk assessments.
• Provide customer service to all personnel.

Overview

Our client, a UK-leading highways contractor, is looking for an experienced Supervisor who is self-motivated, a good communicator, and who is able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of working within the Highways Sector.

This is a hands-on role and it will be working at a fast pace for a demanding client.

Salary & Location

Salary: £38000 - 45000
Location: Kent
Region: Kent

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the client, act as a strong supervisor and communicate at all levels
• Overseeing and carrying out backfilling and muck away operations
• Overseeing and carrying out reinstatement of tarmac and/or slabs, concrete, block paving and kerbs
• Complete all relevant paperwork to complete day-to-day tasks – risk assessments etc.
• Provide good customer service when dealing with internal and external personnel

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 7am to 5pm. Overtime and weekend work available.
