A specialist education provider in Bournemouth is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support teaching and learning for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have HLTA status, experience with SEMH, and excellent communication skills. This temporary role may lead to a permanent position in the future, and all applicants will require appropriate qualifications and a DBS check.

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team. You will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, delivering small group and individual interventions, and leading whole-class sessions under the direction of the class teacher.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
