What we are looking for Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification.* Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.* Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.* Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.* Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.* Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.
