Qualifications

  • Experience in fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs.
  • Qualifications in motor vehicle management or equivalent practical experience.
  • HGV Licence is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Completing all documentation accurately including repair orders and service reports.

Now recruiting for a HGV Technician to join our fantastic team at our Shrewsbury depot.

The Role :

Join our team as a skilled HGV Technician, where you'll be responsible for fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with Volvo’s high standards. You’ll ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including repair orders, service reports, and production cards. We are looking for individuals who thrive under pressure and actively seeks solutions to technical challenges. Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service are essential.

Shift Pattern
  • Alternate Weeks :
  • Week One - 06.00am until 14.30pm
  • Week Two – 13.30pm until 22.00pm
  • Saturdays & call out on a rota basis
Requirements

Qualifications required City & Guilds part 1 & 2 / BTEC / IMI in motor vehicle management (or equivalent) or equivalent practical experience in the commercial vehicle industry. HGV Licence advantageous but not essential.
