This full-time position involves repairing vehicles, servicing, and MOT preparation. The ideal candidate will have industry qualifications and a solid understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance. HGV Technician

Depot Location: Oswestry

Working Hours: 6am to 2.30pm & 1.30pm to 10pm

Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role (40 hour week)

Financial Package: £19.21ph (Annually = £43,570) + Overtime

My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician on rotating shifts.

Working in an established team of HGV Technicians, you will be required to undertake the following:

  • Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
  • General Servicing and MOT preparation
  • Fault finding & diagnostics
  • Updating all required paperwork / databases

The successful HGV Technician will have the following attributes:

  • Hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship
  • Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
  • A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage for isn't essential
