Overview

HGV Technician – Depot Location: Springburn. Working Hours: 4 on 4 off nights 7pm to 7am. Contract Type: Full time / Permanent role. Financial Package: £22.05ph to £22.80ph; 46 hour week; £52,000 to £55,036 per annum. My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business, is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician on a night shift.

Working in an established team of HGV Technicians, you will be required to undertake the following:

Responsibilities

• Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
• General servicing and MOT preparation
• Fault finding & diagnostics
• Updating all required paperwork / databases

Qualifications

• Hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.
• Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
• A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage but isn’t essential
