HGV Class 2 Driver - Skips, Tippers, Ro-Ro (ADR) - Permanent Position

Location: Southampton, UK

Salary: Up to £35,000pa (DOE)

Are you an experienced HGV / LGV Driver with Class 2 and ADR Certification, looking to kick-start a new career for an established and growing Waste Management company in a permanent position? This role could be excellent for you!

My client is looking for an experienced ADR Certified Class 2 Driver to join their team based in Southampton.

Working Hours: Full Time: Monday - Friday (Guaranteed 45 hours a week) - Overtime and weekend work available.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and Operate Class 2 vehicles: Skip Lorries, Tippers and Ro-Ro.
• Operate LGV Class vehicles on call-outs and prearranged jobs across Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex.
• Loading and Unloading vehicles.
• Complete all administration, paperwork and logbooks accurately and on time.
• Engage with customers when on site, being friendly and offering great service.

Requirements

• Driver's CPC and 2 years' experience.
• Cat 2 Licence.
• Tacho Card.
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• ADR Licence and Certification is essential.
• Previous experience working for a Waste Management or Skip hire company is desirable.
