Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initial inspection to completion, acting as contract administrator.
  • Manage conservation repair works, ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Advise on traditional materials and repair techniques.

  • Leading projects from initial inspection through to completion, acting as contract administrator
  • Managing conservation repair and maintenance works, ensuring compliance with heritage and statutory requirements
  • Coordinating with architects, conservation specialists, engineers, and clients
  • Advising on the use of traditional materials and appropriate repair techniques.
