Salary : £13.50 per hour + tronc

Designed to transport guests straight into the heart of the action, the restaurant blends theatrical flair with culinary excellence and exceptional service, while pairing outstanding food and drink with world class service.

Recreating the tension of the show’s famed red and blue open kitchens diners witness the precision and intensity behind every dish, as well as a contemporary bar showcasing the latest trends in mixology. The menu features signature, show-inspired creations such as the legendary Beef Wellington, Pan-Seared Scallops, and Sticky Toffee Pudding, each prepared with the same passion and perfection expected from the show’s world‑class chefs.

More than a meal, Hell’s Kitchen offers guests a front‑row seat to the ultimate dining performance in one of London’s most sought‑after locations, The Cumberland champions the city’s cultural and music scene, inspired by its rich history of housing music legends.

Located within The Cumberland, one of London’s most legendary venues, the bar at Hell’s Kitchen is a destination in its own right - contemporary, dynamic and designed to impress. With a focus on premium spirits, innovative cocktails and flawless execution, the bar plays a central role in the guest journey.

We are now looking for a talented Mixologist to bring creativity, precision and personality to our bar team.

What you'll be doing

As Mixologist, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional cocktails and elevated bar experiences that match the drama and excellence of the Hell’s Kitchen brand. You’ll combine technical skill with show‑stopping service, engaging guests while maintaining pace, precision and consistency in a high‑energy environment.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in their craft and loves creating memorable moments at the bar. You can expect to be :

  • Creating and delivering premium cocktails to the highest standards
  • Executing the Hell’s Kitchen cocktail menu with accuracy, flair and consistency
  • Engaging with guests, sharing product knowledge and enhancing their experience
  • Maintaining impeccable bar presentation, organisation and cleanliness
  • Managing stock, garnishes and prep to ensure seamless service
  • Supporting bar training and sharing knowledge with the wider team
  • Working collaboratively with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams during service
  • Ensuring all licensing, safety and hygiene standards are met
What you'll bring
  • Previous experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender in a premium or high‑volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails and modern mixology trends
  • Confidence, presence and a guest‑first mindset
  • Attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Calm, focused and adaptable during busy services
