Position: Hearing Aid Technician

Purpose of the job

To manufacture and repair hearing aids for Sonova customers across the UK and parts of Europe. You will be part of a high-performing service team committed to quality, speed, and care.

Key roles & responsibilities
  • Assemble and detail small hearing instruments in a fast-paced production environment
  • Maintain a high attention to detail and quality in all aspects of work
  • Be cross-trained to complete one function prior and one function after your primary task
  • Manage tools and workspaces with efficiency and organization
  • Adapt to evolving business needs and perform additional duties as required
  • Contribute to creating a sense of purpose and excellence within the team
Qualifications
  • Basic English (B2): Understands complex texts and communicates clearly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common computer applications
  • Comfortable using email, including sending, receiving, and managing attachments
