Qualifications

• Experience of working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Experience of completing safety data information in line with legislation.
• Experience of working in a healthcare or retail restaurant environment.
• Can demonstrate experience of customer service.
• Experience of cash handling and using a till.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure meals are delivered and served appropriately.
• Oversee the production of food to a range of customers.
• Maintain food safety standards and assist in stock monitoring.

Skills

Clear understanding of HACCP

Good understanding of Food preparation and cooking techniques

Education

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 3

C & G 706 1 & 2, NVQ or experience equivalent

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 4 or higher
